Refund and Returns Policy

At KingLab, we are committed to your satisfaction with the purchase of our products, including Analytical Balances, Scientific Instruments, Standard Weights, and GMP/GLP Data Printers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy to understand your options.

1. Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as customized or special-order products, may not be eligible for returns. These exceptions will be noted on the product page or during checkout.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at info@kinglab.in or call +91-8838492534 to request a return authorization.
  2. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your request.
  3. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

3. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the product unless the item was defective or incorrect upon receipt.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Software or digital products.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@kinglab.in to initiate the process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. First, check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kinglab.in.
